Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how the public AGENT website (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit the site or sign in to the customer dashboard with a crypto wallet. We only process what is needed to run the site, wallet login, quests, referrals, and the token sale (pre-sale and public sale).
1. Controller
AGENT is an early-stage community project. The website is operated by the AGENT project team. For privacy requests, use the contact email shown in the site footer when configured, or the official community channels linked from this website.
2. What we collect
Wallet login. When you connect a wallet (browser extension or WalletConnect) and sign in (Sign-In with Ethereum), we process your wallet address, chain ID, and a short-lived session cookie. We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or identity documents.
Dashboard activity. We may store quest completions, referral links, and purchase/claim records tied to your wallet so rewards and sale limits can be enforced.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps) to deliver the site securely and diagnose faults. These logs are not used for advertising profiles.
Local preferences. Language preference may be stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers DE/EN. This stays on your device.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process wallet and dashboard data to authenticate you, operate quests and referrals, and run the token sale — pre-sale and public sale (contract performance / legitimate interest in securing the customer area).
Technical logs and hosting are processed to provide, secure, and maintain the website (legitimate interest in a reliable public presence).
4. Storage and retention
Session cookies expire or are cleared when you disconnect. Wallet-linked dashboard records are kept as long as needed for sale limits, reward integrity, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Hosting and infrastructure providers act as processors under their own terms once configured and only receive data needed to perform their service. On-chain purchases and claims are public by nature of the blockchain.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the project and its users.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use an essential session cookie for wallet login. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics run only when an analytics identifier is explicitly configured.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the configured contact email or official community channels. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Note that public blockchain records cannot be altered by us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our processing practices change. The effective date above will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes means you have taken note of the updated policy.
This policy describes the current AGENT public website and customer dashboard. Official token contracts, sales, and listings are communicated only through confirmed AGENT channels.
